This seat requires the use of a slide mount or a universal mount. 8 bolt hole pattern on base. Outer bolt holes on center measure 5" x 12".

Note: If mounting to a 5" x 5" pedestal/swivel, Tempress # 57005 reinforcement plate must be used (sold separately). If mounting to a 5" x 12" fore/aft slide pedetal, the plate is not needed.
