New SeaStar Solutions (Teleflex Marine) HA4643 pivot plate for BayStar marine hydraulic steering cylinders. Converts the HC4645 series cylinder into an HC4658 series cylinder. Works with both the "H" and "-3" variants. View the application guide in the pictures to make sure your outboard requires this.
Note: If you have an HC4645 series cylinder with the standard pivot plate, you can simply flip the existing pivot plate upside-down to convert it to the HC4658 series, and do not need to buy this pivot plate.
