Zinc anodes are for salt water applications only. Not recommended for use in fresh water. Alloy is manufactured to meet or exceed US Military Specification (MIL-DTL-18001L).
- Anode mounts to existing holes in trim tab, where the actuator mounts to the plane.
- The bolts holding the actuator to the plane must be removed and the zinc installed using the same bolt holes and the long bolts (1/4-20 x 1-1/4"") included in the kit.
